In the first quarter we've had 5,945 homes sold
Days on the Market are down 29%
Inventory down 16.3%
To put that into perspective for the past 6 years the average amount of homes that have sold in Q1 was 3,541. I'm seeing first time buyers jump into the market which is allowing home owners who have been waiting for the market to pay their price an opportunity to MOVE UP and UPGRADE.
