As I've previously noted in other investment property analysis emails, it's tough to find a cash flowing property without a significant downpayment. For those scratching their heads and trying to find out why investors are still purchasing rentals if that's the case... Cashflow is only one of the ways to get a return on your investment. We also have to look at appreciation, debt paydown and tax write offs.
